Minimum Qualifications A bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field and five years of business experience.

Duties Description The duties of the Pension Investment Analyst include, but will not be limited to, the following:
- Research on companies and preparation of briefing documents ahead of engagement meetings
- Research key issues ahead of proxy votes
- Assist in the preparation of the annual Stewardship report
- Learn and share best practices with counterparts at other asset owners and asset management companies
- Work collaboratively with many other departments, including Investment Operations Division, Risk, Legal, and the investment teams.
