Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; strong written and verbal communication skills; media outreach and coordination; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination and logistics; well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with follow up skills; experience in the communication field preferred.
Duties Description Responsible for sending daily news clips; Updating social media platforms; Write citations and proclamations; Assist with writing the Member's newsletter; Manage the calendar of events; Create promotional materials; Plan press conferences, rallies; public relation events; Create statements, talking points and quotes; Maintain a file of marketing related photos and videos; Keep current a media list and maintain a working relationship; Answer phone calls.
