Minimum Qualifications A bachelor's degree and two years of professional experience in the administration of a health-related facility, which includes professional level work in human resources, business/finance offices, quality management, or functioning as the administrator of a health-related facility.

Or

a Juris Doctor, master's or higher degree in a related field can substitute for one year of specialized experience.

Duties Description As a Health Facility Management Assistant, you would have a variety of administrative tasks under the general supervision of a director or deputy director of a facility. You may be involved in planning, developing, reviewing, and evaluating the facility's policies, procedures, and systems.
