Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:

Customer Service experience

Preferred Qualifications:
At least two years of experience in an office setting.

Duties Description Under direct supervision of the Director of Correspondence, inputs all incoming Gubernatorial correspondence to the Intertrac database and answers Citizens Assistance Phone Line.

Duties:
Sort incoming mail delivered thrice-daily to the ECO office

Scan, input, and route all incoming Gubernatorial correspondence, as assigned by the Director

Perform related duties as necessary

Answer Citizen Services phone line between 9AM-5PM

Tally and log constituents’ issues, opinions, and/or contact information in Intertrac for inclusion in the Weekly Correspondence Report

Provide weekly reports of all incoming calls

Route callers to the appropriate Chamber staff or agency

Refer constituents with difficult or unclear issues to the
Director of Correspondence processing for handling

Maintain a familiarity with state agency roles, functions, and responsibilities, as well as with current issues and events

Assist as a backup for Proclamations Office Admin

Prepare and distribute accordingly all request for Governor’s

Pen Certificates for passed legislation requested by all Elected Officials

Other duties as assigned.
