Minimum Qualifications Candidates must be at least 16 years of age. Preference may be given to candidates 18 years of age with a valid driver's license. Must be physically able to perform duties assigned.

Duties Description Will be required to preform cleaning and minor maintenance functions to include:
Cleaning bathrooms and offices.
Sweeping,mopping, and various other cleaning tasks.
Collecting garbage and recycling.
Shoveling and salting walkways.
Mowing laws with push or riding lawn mowers.
Raking leaves.
Painting.
Shuttling vehicles to and from repair shops.
Cleaning vehicles and recording mileage.
Assisting with small maintenance and repair projects.

Additional Comments This is a hourly appointment currently funded through 3/31/2025,with a likelihood of continuing beyond that date. Program needs and funding will determine actual termination date.
Actual work schedule, duties and travel requirements may vary and will be discussed at the interview.
Must have a valid driver’s license or demonstrate the ability to meet the transportation needs of the position.
Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions.
Overtime may be required.
Weekends and holidays may be required.
Must be available for emergency response.
Must be available to respond to after-hours emergencies.
Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
