Minimum Qualifications • Six years of business experience, including four years of customer service experience; OR
• An associate’s degree and four years of business experience, including two years of customer service experience; OR
• A bachelor’s degree and two years of customer service experience; OR
• A master’s degree or Juris Doctor (JD) and one year of customer service experience.

Duties Description • Handling administrative duties.
• Coordinating with business units.
• Scheduling conference rooms and conference center facilities.
• Covering supplies management, visitor and badging programming, as well as issue ID cards.
• Covering alarm and security operations.
• Facilitating potential vendors and coordinating needs with management and maintenance.
• Serve as location support for administrative projects.
• Assisting HR with onboarding new staff.
• Maintaining the location seating chart.
• Facilitating workstation assignments.
• This position will report to Public Buildings Manager 3 in New York City.
Additional Comments Please note, the salary range shown includes location pay and/or geographic pay.
For new State employees appointed to graded positions, the annual salary is the hiring rate (beginning of the Salary Range) of the position. Promotion salaries are calculated by the NYS Office of the State Comptroller in accordance with NYS Civil Service Law, OSC Payroll rules and regulations and negotiated union contracts.
