Duties Description The Office of Court Administration Division of Technology and Court Research is recruiting for one (1) position for the Court Research Data Unit. This position will be responsible for supporting the Office for Justice Initiative's Division of Child Welfare and Family Justice to assist with court data, including but not limited to, Title IV-E (Attorney for the Child), Court Improvement Project, and Judiciary Civil Legal Services reporting.

Key Responsibilities
• Compile, analyze, and verify court data.
• Troubleshoot and enhance existing reports.
• Design and maintain dashboards using business intelligence tools.
• Prepare policy-related administrative reports to support court evaluation and research.
• Collaborate with other departments and agencies on high-profile projects.

Qualifications
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn new software and adapt to evolving technologies.
• Experience in a treatment or government setting preferred.
• Highly Preferred: Family Court experience.
• Highly Preferred Technical Skills: SAS, Access, Power BI, SSRS, SQL, and SharePoint.

Minimum Qualifications Principal Court Analyst: One year in the Senior Court Analyst title; or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of relevant experience; or Master's degree in Public or Business Administration from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of relevant experience or An equivalent combination of education and experience. Salary: $84,659

Senior Court Analyst: One year in the Court Analyst title; or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of relevant experience; or Master's degree in Public or Business Administration from an accredited college or university and one (1) year or relevant experience; or An equivalent combination of education and experience. Salary: $76,112
