Duties Description Illustrative duties:
• Conduct preliminary reviews of public campaign finance filings by political committees and candidates based on criteria.
• Conduct a review of registration and certification materials submitted by committees.
• Log and track statistical information associated with committee registration, training, and other requirements.
• Assist in the registration, certification and other processes of political committees.
• Conduct a preliminary review of the books and records of political committees and candidates as may be necessary to effectuate a complete and thorough assessment of compliance with Rules, Regulations, statutes, Board Opinions, and policies.
• Conduct focused review projects, including reviews for election cycle contribution compliance.
• Assist with phone support and help desk tasks, as necessary.
• Assist in the development and implementation of public campaign finance projects.
• Assist with all tasks and matters as may reasonably be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications An Associate’s Degree + two (2) years of accounting or finance or general business or other related experience; or 3 years of related experience. Bilingual proficiency a plus.
