Duties Description JOB FUNCTIONS
Job Functions:

Prepares and implements Summer/Winter Session faculty and staff payroll (faculty, administrative staff, and online course development stipend payments) by working closely with the Payroll Office
Monitors enrollment during Summer/Winter Session for payroll purposes
Tracks Summer and Winter Session course enrollments; tracks online course enrollments each semester
Works closely with the Registrar’s Office to adjust the Summer/Winter Session course schedule
Coordinates/schedules meetings as needed
Attends Special Sessions & Programs meetings
Prepares for review/execution, NYS and CSEA Partnership for Education & Training Program documentation
Assists with documentation preparation for NC Sara
Executes purchases and reconciles monthly payments department credit card statements
Oversees updates and maintenance of Special Sessions websites (Summer/Winter Session, Online)
Implements customized student emails for SU/WI student inquiries
Assists new and returning SU/WI students with their Special Sessions Banner accounts and course registration process, creates accounts for new students, and processes applications for undergraduate students
Works with College Communications to develop a successful marketing plan for Summer/ Winter Session, online courses, and online programs
Prepares and send various marketing documents to students and campus offices to promote Summer and Winter Session.
Reviews/edits documentation, emails, correspondence and reports
Orders equipment/supplies
Creates budget charts using BI
Supervises student assistant and coordinates work for GA

Minimum Qualifications REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications:
NON COMPETITIVE/ NY HELPS: Three years of experience performing clerical, keyboarding, or paraprofessional work in an office environment.

COMPETITIVE: Candidates must have permanent appointment in a Program Aide New York State classified position (or be eligible for transfer) or be reachable for appointment on the current NY State Civil Service eligible list for Program Aide, Full Time - Brockport location.

Transition: one year of permanent competitive service in a clerical, keyboarding, secretarial, or paraprofessional title allocated to Grade 5 or higher.
