Duties Description The candidate will assist staff in the Center for Data Architecture, Intelligence & Support (DAIS) at OALTC. Specific tasks and projects may include, but are not limited to, generating statistical reports, running quality control/assurance assessments, assisting in generating data visualizations that tell a statistical story, helping to modernize data structures including the formation of a data lake, and to assist in operations related to the OALTC Data Academy to improve Center-wide efficiencies in data dissemination, data inference, and data structures.

Minimum Qualifications Candidates must be a matriculated undergraduate or graduate college student. Documentation of Fall 2026 matriculation and enrollment in the Fall semester must be submitted with your resume.

• Ability to work on multiple projects with various staff, prioritize assignments and meet deadlines

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint) and other computer programs as needed
•Experience in at least one of the following statistical computer programming languages: R; Python; SAS; SQL; Matlab; or related.
• Applicants should ideally have at least two semesters remaining prior to graduation.

Additional Comments Temporary, part-time, non-competitive. Salary determined by academic level. 20 hours per week during the academic year is required, schedule is flexible. Must maintain matriculated student status to retain employment.

Telecommuting is permissible up to 50% of working hours based on operational needs and at the discretion of the assigned Program area.
