Duties Description The Justice Center’s Office of Communications is seeking a driven graduate student to join our team. This position provides hands-on, resume-building experience to support our agency’s digital communications efforts. The ideal candidate has a focus or interest in social media, digital media, and web/interactive design. They will work directly with the Director of Digital Content to deliver impactful digital campaigns that tell the agency’s story and drive user engagement
• Content Creation & Management
• Develop and post digital content (graphics, videos, blog posts, social media updates) aligned with brand voice and objectives.
• Support fellow digital team members in devising new, innovative content ideas.
• Maintain and update the organization’s website, including product information, news, and event updates.
• Manage social media profiles, ensuring timely, engaging, and consistent posting.
• Digital Engagement Support
• Assist in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Conduct online market research to identify opportunities.
• Track and analyze campaign metrics, report trends, and suggest improvements.
• Support email marketing campaigns, including design, sending, and performance analysis.
• Ensure brand consistency across channels.
Minimum Qualifications Graduate-Level Student
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Educational focus in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and Adobe Creative Suite products (preferred).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with social media platforms and content creation tools
• Prior experience in marketing, communications, or digital media roles
