Minimum Qualifications To be eligible for the Program Aide, G-13 position you must meet one of the following conditions as detailed below:
1. Eligible for appointment from the Program Aide, G-13 eligible list
2. In a G-11 or higher title that meets criteria for 70.1 transfer

Duties Description Under the general direction of a Human Resources Specialist 2 - LR, (SG-23), Program Aide duties include but are not limited to:

• Timely completion of mandatory training.

• Provides administrative support to the Labor Relations (LR) Department concerning the ADID information requests.

• Responds to incoming phone calls, emails, and requests regarding ADID information requests.

• Gathers, researches, and provides background information for inquiries, and brings critical issues to the attention of LR concerning ADID information requests.

• Research laws, rules, and regulations to find alternative approaches to LR problems or issues concerning ADID information requests.

• Prepares correspondence and documentation concerning ADID information requests.

• Maintains and updates files for incoming requests concerning ADID information requests.

• Develops, maintains, and updates database programs and methods of data analysis.

• Establish good relationships with co-workers, Department managers and employees, other agencies, OER, and union representatives. Work in conjunction with Personnel.

• Perform special projects and research as assigned, consistent with the job title.

Additional Comments Hours of the position will be discussed at the time of interview, including questions regarding Flextime, AWS/Compressed Workweek, and Telecommuting.
