Minimum Qualifications To be eligible for the Program Aide, G-13 position you must meet one of the following conditions as detailed below:
1. Eligible for appointment from the Program Aide, G-13 eligible list
2. In a G-11 or higher title that meets criteria for 70.1 transfer
Duties Description The Program Aide will perform lower-level professional assignments.
Duties include but are not limited to:
• Developing, maintaining, and updating Ticketing database programs and methods of data analysis for programs. Also responsible for collecting, tabulating, and analyzing data specific to the program area.
• Monitoring and evaluating data for deficiencies and assistance in correcting problems, including creating tables, charts, and reports to document procedures.
• Reviewing, evaluating, and making recommendations for Ticketing-related contracts.
• Gathering and evaluating information to conduct financial and program audits, including daily preparation of revenue reporting and subsequent reports.
• Overseeing program area training, including updates to training materials and scheduling group and individual training classes.
• Supervising clerical staff by prioritizing work assignments and training and evaluating staff.
Additional Comments Hours of the position will be discussed at the time of interview, including questions regarding Flextime, AWS/Compressed Workweek, and Telecommuting.
