Minimum Qualifications There are no education or experience requirements.

Duties Description Assist Fiscal/Contracts manager with duties such as, but not limited to, processing discretionary invoice payments, tracking and processing credit card charges, generating contract headers, monitoring program and division spending, encumbering program funds, generating TDS codes. Duties involve daily input to NYSDEC’s Fiscal Management Information System.

Perform general administrative duties including, but not limited to, maintaining and purging paper files as appropriate, scanning paper files into Division’s electronic document storage system, maintaining lists, charts and other formats of administrative data, sending and receiving mail both paper and electronic mail, ordering and maintaining office and office equipment supplies, and perform general inventory duties as required.

Assist with Part 364/381 Waste Transporter activities, such as but not limited to, sending, receiving and processing permit and registration applications. Duties will include communicating with the regulated community by email and telephone and providing clear and concise guidance on Part 364/381 permitting and registration issues.

Perform or assist with additional support duties as directed by supervisor.
