Salary RangeFrom $16 to $19 Hourly
Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Must be a current student enrolled in a matriculating degree program and have completed a minimum of one (1) year as a student at a degree-granting two or four-year college or university.
Preferred Qualifications: The preferred candidate would possess strong organizational and computer skills, including document scanning, and attention to detail.
Duties Description The Student Assistant will assist the Division of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) in scanning employee documentation from physical personal history folders (PHF) to create digital files. Duties include but are not limited to:
• Accurately scanning confidential documents from employees’ personal history folders;
• Saving scanned documents into the appropriate digital folder or drive;
• Tracking the progress of the project;
• And ensuring that all documents are placed back into their correct folders.
