Salary RangeFrom $36232 to $44828 Annually
Duties Description Handle incoming calls, route them appropriately, and respond to general inquires.
Organize, file, and retrieve physical and digital documents as needed.
Assist the Traffic Supervisor and Traffic Safety Officer.
Respond to inquiries from the public and courts regarding State Police records via mail, phone, and in-person.
Utilize word processing, spreadsheet, database, and desktop publishing software to complete clerical tasks and maintain records.
Sort and distribute incoming mail, prepare outgoing packages, and coordinate with Thruway.
Input information into spreadsheets or documents relating to Traffic reports to include; Impounds, Motor Vehicle Hearings, DWI records, Accident reports, ETC.
Liaison with the Thruway to facilitate the smooth exchange of information and documents to include accident reports and property damage reports.
Perform other administrative or office-related tasks as assigned by the Traffic Supervisor of First Sergeant.
Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preference will be given to those candidates that can demonstrate experience in an office setting.
Minimum qualifications must be met by the closing date of the posting.
